Almighty and everlasting God, you have given to us your servants grace, by the confession

of a true faith, to acknowledge the glory of the eternal Trinity, and in the power

of your divine Majesty to worship the Unity: Keep us steadfast in this faith and worship,

and bring us at last to see you in your one and eternal glory, O Father; who with

the Son and the Holy Spirit live and reign, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

In the beginning when God created the heavens and the earth, the earth was a

formless void and darkness covered the face of the deep, while a wind from God

swept over the face of the waters. Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there

was light. And God saw that the light was good; and God separated the light from

the darkness. God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And

there was evening and there was morning, the first day.

And God said, “Let there be a dome in the midst of the waters, and let it separate

the waters from the waters.” So God made the dome and separated the waters

that were under the dome from the waters that were above the dome. And it was

God called the dome Sky. And there was evening and there was morning, the

second day.

And God said, “Let the waters under the sky be gathered together into one place,

and let the dry land appear.” And it was so. God called the dry land Earth, and the

and over the cattle, and over all the wild animals of the earth, and over every

creeping thing that creeps upon the earth.”

So God created humankind in his image,

in the image of God he created them;

male and female he created them.

God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill

the earth and subdue it; and have dominion over the fish of the sea and

over the birds of the air and over every living thing that moves upon the

earth.” God said, “See, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is upon

the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit; you shall

have them for food. And to every beast of the earth, and to every bird of the

air, and to everything that creeps on the earth, everything that has the

breath of life, I have given every green plant for food.” And it was so. God

Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all their multitude. And

on the seventh day God finished the work that he had done, and he rested

on the seventh day from all the work that he had done. So God blessed the

seventh day and hallowed it, because on it God rested from all the work that

he had done in creation.

These are the generations of the heavens and the earth when they were created.

THE NICENE CREED

We believe in one God,

the Father, the Almighty,

maker of heaven and earth,

of all that is, seen and unseen.

We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ,

the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father,

God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God,

begotten, not made, of one Being with the Father.

Through him all things were made.

For us and for our salvation he came down from heaven:

by the power of the Holy Spirit he became incarnate from the Virgin

Mary, and was made man.

For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate; he suffered death

and was buried.

On the third day he rose again in accordance with the Scriptures;

he ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the

Father.

He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead,

and his kingdom will have no end.

We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life,

who proceeds from the Father and the Son.

He has spoken through the Prophets.

Father, Lord of all creation, we praise you for your goodness and your love. When we

turned away you did not reject us. You came to meet us in your Son, welcomed us as

your children and prepared a table where we might feast with you. In Christ you

shared our life that we might live in him and he in us.

He opened wide his arms upon the cross and, with love stronger than death, he

made the perfect sacrifice for sin.

Lord Jesus Christ, our redeemer, on the night before you died you came to table with

your friends. Taking bread, you gave thanks, broke it and gave it to them saying, Take,

eat: this is my body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of me.

Lord Jesus, we bless you: you are the bread of life

At the end of supper you took the cup of wine, gave thanks, and said, Drink this, all of

you; this is my blood of the new covenant, which is shed for you and for many for the

Praise to you, Lord Jesus Christ:

dying, you destroyed our death, rising, you restored our life;

Holy Spirit, giver of life, come upon us now; may this bread and wine be to us the

As we eat and drink these holy gifts make us, who know our need of grace, one

in Christ, our risen Lord.

Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, Blessed Trinity: with your whole Church throughout the

St. Arbuck’s is a ministry of presence. It’s an

invitation to sit, chat, and get to know our

neighbors. Cricket’s been known to do a fair

amount of knitting too.

2023 Procter Center Farm CSA Program

This is our 7th year providing easy access

to fresh, local produce at a good

price! Join our Procter Center Farm

2023 CSA Program!

CSA stands for community supported

agriculture. CSA is a way for consumers

and farmers to join together in support

of local agriculture. Members purchase

a share of the farm’s harvest, in advance

of the growing season. In return,

members receive a weekly supply of

high-quality, locally grown, fresh produce

and products.

Members of our Vegetable CSA are given a weekly share (a box) of vegetables,

herbs, and seasonal specialties. Some members will also select to include our Meat

CSA, which provides them with cuts from our pasture-raised, high quality pork and

chicken.

Procter Center Farm offers two different types, and two different sizes of CSAs: a fullshare

or half-share Vegetable CSA, and a full-share or half-share Meat CSA.

June 10th to September 30th, the Procter Center Farm CSA will run for 16 weeks.

Each week, members also receive a CSA Newsletter, which includes fun facts, updates

about the farm, helpful recipes and more!

Many of our members come back annually! Join us, as we continue to successfully

provide the community with fresh foods and goods. *Become a member by completing

the online form and providing payment to Procter Center.

*CSA membership is limited to 30 Vegetable Shares and 15 Meat Shares.

O Lord, Father of life and change, of new and old: You gifted us with abilities to speak and listen, to hear and decide, to choose and know. We thank you for teaching us how to used these abilities, though we must at times remember to combine them with patience. Remind us to speak with kindness, to listen to understand, to hear all voices, to decide on what is just and true, to choose the path of peace, and to know we are not alone. Be with us in this time of transition, that it is as effective as it is unsettling, as comforting as it is confusing. And never leave our side on the journey ahead, as we strive for an unknown destination. In the name of your Son Jesus, who walks alongside us, we pray. Amen.
