• Familiarity with liturgical worship services with a strong, theological understanding of church music and the role it plays in support of our services.

• Ability to gracefully receive and offer direction, advice, and suggestions.

• Ability to communicate openly, professionally, and respectfully with the lay leaders and members of the congregation.
