ONLINE GIVING

St. Mark’s is now offering online giving services through ShelbyNext; we are providing this option to serve as an alternative to cash or check donations. You can still give through traditional methods, but you can also make one-time or recurring gifts online with a credit/debit card or electronic check, using your computer or smartphone. You’ll be able to pay your pledge, make donations to our Outreach programs, help with the Clergy Discretionary Fund, and even write in your own specific donation such as flowers, candle, Day of Change, etc. We will monitor online donations to ensure they are reflected on your contribution sheet. (We are asking for a $1 donation per transaction to help offset the processing fees charged by the bank; this amount is also included on your contribution sheet.)
THE SMARTPHONE GIVING IS SETUP AND READY! Text the word “give” to 937-932-1082, and it will take you through the steps to set up your account. This is really easy: you can donate to multiple funds and keep current on your pledge. Contact the office if you have questions.
This giving platform is safe: ShelbyNext maintains the same level of security as banks. All sensitive financial information is stored with the highest bank level security. Your phone number will never be sold, traded, or given to third parties. You will only be texted to confirm your giving.
(Click on the DONATE button above right or at the bottom of this newsletter to get started!)
