- Reviewed list of Congregation feedback from Annual Meeting and will immediately implement:
- Pre- and Post- Vestry Meeting Announcements and summary in Service Bulletin
- Increased utilization of Parish call-list for important upcoming events
- Working to improve effectiveness of sound system during Announcements
- Reviewed, approved and will post on bulletin board outside of Church Office:
- Reorganized Vestry roles after Annual Meeting Elections
- 2016 Balanced Budget
- Building & Grounds Capital Projects priority list
- List of minor Building & Grounds projects
- Reviewed implementation plans for new Parish call-list to increase utilization
- Approved changing key for Community Building front door on Friday, March 4th
- New keys will be available starting Thursday February 25th in the Church Office
