Sunday, September 16: Our program year kicks off with breakfast served by the Sunday School (9am-10am). All Christian Education begins at 9:30am (Adult Forum and Sunday School), so that everyone can participate in the service at 10:30am. We’ll have the installation of the Acolytes, Choir Members, and Teachers during the service, then the kids book-end the day by hosting Coffee Hour as well!
Sunday, September 23: “History Sunday”. There will be lots of opportunities for some trips down memory lane, with items used at the Springfield Street Church, photo albums, and other memorabilia on display.
Tuesday, September 25: We’re taking pictures for our new directory! We need EVERYONE to be part of this book, so if you haven’t signed up yet, you can do so online at www.ucdir.com (church code: Oh2168, password: Smile1). Your wardens can also help you get registered, so check with Gary or Katherine for openings on that Tuesday.
Sunday, September 30: Our 80th anniversary celebration! The choir will have special music, and we’ll celebrate after the Holy Eucharist with a catered luncheon (desserts are needed, so please sign up to bring something sweet!)
